“Japanese style hotel but not exactly a Ryokan. Friendly and welcoming staff. A little bit expensive. Needing update.”

“While cabin room is nice and the in-room shabu shabu dinner and in-room breakfast were very good, the whole stage was stolen by the fact the hotel charged me a cancellation fee for a canoe on the lake activity that I decided to cancel due to raining. All they could say is that is the hotel policy to apply an activity cancellation fee if I don’t cancel by 6 AM. They surely showed me some paper that I signed at check in that says so, but they didn’t do their best to make sure I was aware of this...

“I originally booked a no view room but I cancelled it for a lake view room and it was worth it. I also booked it without dinner or breakfast because I was unsure weather my parents would appreciate it, but it was still worth it even without the meals. I originally booked this inn because it offered onsen and a really comfortable transfer from the station to the hotel, saved us the trouble of walking around with the luggage. The view was really beautiful, and the room really clean. I really liked...

“We had an amazing stay at Konansou. The staff were great and the room was in perfect condition. Highly recommend staying there.”

“Amazing hotel with a beautiful view of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt Fuji! Room was nice and clean. Onsen was clean and empty when we were there. Service is excellent . Our personal server for dinner and breakfast, Nakamura San was the best! Kawaii! Delicious meals. Overall a memorable experience!”

“Great onsen”

“Worth the trip there for the amenities but food is also good near by.”

“It was a pity we stayed for just one night, so we couldn't make use of all the services the structure offers. The location is great and the staff is very kind and friendly. The room and the bathroom are very nice and clean.”

Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. ”

“Everything was amazing, the room was clean, they provided you with the option to select the BBQ dinner which was delicious! They do have drink options at an extra cost. But would recommend to stop at a convenience store to get snacks and extra things to keep in the room. But overall the view amazing, the fire pit so peaceful. Such a nice little getaway! Would highly recommend! The staff honestly was top notch!”
