“More than we ever expected! Everything was thought out, ameneties are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, q-tips, wipes, skin care, etc) Breakfast was safe as a person with peanut/nut allergies, every allergen is identified, made life easier. Staff is so kind and nice. They held out luggage after checking out. We took a free shuttle offered by the hotel to get to Kawaguchiko station. Very helpful,”

“Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte in questo comodo albergo giapponese. Ottima l’ accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale, Spaziose e confortevoli le stanze con in più la possibilità di poter usufruire del loro piccolo e intimo onsen. A fine giornata è stato magnifico immergersi nella vasca riscaldata e rilassarsi un po’ dopo aver trascorso giorni frenetici a Tokyo. Il giro del lago poi con la vista del monte Fuji è una vera meraviglia. La sera è stato possibile cenare il albergo. La cena era...

“It was a pity we stayed for just one night, so we couldn't make use of all the services the structure offers. The location is great and the staff is very kind and friendly. The room and the bathroom are very nice and clean.”

“This is a traditional stay, meaning you will sleep on a thin mattress on top of tatami mats on the floor. I’m 40 and it was okay for a couple of nights. I didn’t mind. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also keep in mind that the showers are shared, no individual stalls. There are great Cafes and restaurants around”
